On the other hand, coconut milk is often used in moderation in smoothies, mixed beverages and in recipes, as a substitute for milk.
Although there is a distinct difference between coconut water and coconut milk, both can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle diet plan provided they are used in the most beneficial manner.
